THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN REGULAR SESSION, TUESDAY, JULY 13, 2004, AT 9:00 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT:  PRESIDENT MARK LUCE, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, MIKE RIPPEY, BRAD WAGENKNECHT AND DIANE DILLON.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT LUCE AT 9:23 A.M.

Board of Directors receive the certified Statement of Results for the special election held on
