1. Call to Order; Roll Call.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN REGULAR SESSION, TUESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2004, AT 9:30 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT:  PRESIDENT MARK LUCE, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, MIKE RIPPEY AND BRAD WAGENKNECHT.  DIRECTOR  DIANE DILLON WAS EXCUSED.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT LUCE AT 9:55 A.M.

7A.      9:30 AM Public Hearing.  District Engineer requests the following:

1.   Open Public Hearing to consider any objections or protests with respect to the Ordinance T-1 and the Ordinance T-2000 special tax;

PUBLIC HEARING OPENED – NO TESTIMONY PRESENTED

2.   Close Public Hearing and adopt resolutions accepting the Engineer's Report; and

a.   Increasing the Ordinance T-1 water and sewer availability tax by 1.1% to $479,

                                          consistent with the CPI rate increase; and
