1.         Call to Order; Roll Call.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN SPECIAL SESSION, TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2005 AT 9:15 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT:  PRESIDENT DIANE DILLON, DIRECTORS BRAD WAGENKNECHT, MARK LUCE AND HAROLD MOSKOWITE.  DIRECTOR BILL DODD WAS EXCUSED.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT DILLON AT 9:25 A.M.

Consent Calendar

4A.      District Engineer and District Secretary request adoption of an amended 2005 meeting calendar to

add two regularly scheduled meetings, specifying February 15, 2005 and March 1, 2005 as additional days on which the District Board will meet.
