THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN SPECIAL SESSION, TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2005 AT 10:30 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT:  PRESIDENT DIANE DILLON, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, BRAD WAGENKNECHT, AND HAROLD MOSKOWITE.  DIRECTOR MARK LUCE WAS EXCUSED.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT DILLON AT 11:22 A.M.
