DISTRICT MET IN SPECIAL SESSION, TUESDAY, JUNE 28, 2005 AT 11:00 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT: PRESIDENT DIANE DILLON, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, HAROLD MOSKOWITE, BRAD WAGENKNECHT AND MARK LUCE.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT DILLON AT 11:50 A.M.
