August 2, 2005

1.         Call to Order; Roll Call.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN REGULAR SESSION, TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2005 AT 9:00 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT: PRESIDENT DIANE DILLON, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, HAROLD MOSKOWITE, BRAD WAGENKNECHT AND MARK LUCE.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT DILLON AT 2:08 P.M.

5.         Discussion of items removed from the Consent Calendar.

Set Matters or Public Hearings

6A.      9:00 a.m. Public Hearing.  District Engineer requests the following:

                        1.   Open Public Hearing to consider any objections or protests with respect to the Ordinance T-1 and the Ordinance T-2000 special tax; and

                        2.   Close Public Hearing and adopt resolutions accepting the Engineer's Report;

                                    a.   Increasing the Ordinance T-1 water and sewer availability tax by 2.15% to $489, consistent with the Consumer Price Index rate increase; and

PUBLIC HEARING HELD - NO TESTIMONY PRESENTED

b.   Imposing the T-2000 special tax for the District of $200 for parcels with structures and $100 for parcels without structures; and

                        3.   Open Public Hearing to accept testimony on the Fiscal Year 2005-2006 budget with a total appropriation of $529,245; and
