THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN REGULAR SESSION, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2005 AT 9:00 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT: PRESIDENT DIANE DILLON, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, HAROLD MOSKOWITE, BRAD WAGENKNECHT AND MARK LUCE.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT DILLON AT 9:33 A.M.
