THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MET IN SPECIAL SESSION, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2005 AT

10:00 A.M. WITH THE FOLLOWING DIRECTORS PRESENT: PRESIDENT

DIANE DILLON, DIRECTORS BILL DODD, HAROLD MOSKOWITE AND

BRAD WAGENKNECHT.  DIRECTOR MARK LUCE WAS EXCUSED.  THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT DILLON AT 10:04 A.M.
